Blueberry Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup skim or low fat milk
  • Honey to taste (more for a sweeter smoothie)
  • 2-3 ice cubes (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or to desired consistency then serve in glasses. Frozen

Recipe tip:

For a dairy-free smoothie, replace the yoghurt and milk with 1 cup of soya or rice milk. Soya and rice milks have thicker consistencies than dairy milks (other than full cream milk), so your smoothie will still be thick and delicious.
